Writing Free

As some of you may know, I’ve been a fan of Ubuntu for some years now.  I’m currently using 8.04 (aka Hardy Heron) on both my Laptop and Desktop.  I’m awaiting the final release of 8.10 (aka Intrepid Ibex).  I am thinking of joining the testing team for the next release, apparently codenamed Jaunty Jackalope.  I would probably focus on desktop compatibility, as I am aware that the next version has made a lot of effort already into laptop compatibility.

So you may look at the counter, check out Ubuntu, probably the easiest and friendliest distribution of Linux out there.
